Analabs is an ISO 17025 Accredited Laboratory for Testing and NEMA Approved Laboratory for Environmental testing services. Analabs Limited is seeking a 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 Accountant at Analabs Limited to join our dynamic team in Nairobi.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare timely financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and support management with financial insights

Q𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA Part 4 and above.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel (ERP experience is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
