PACEmaker International is a Kenyan NGO that aims at improving the quality of education in underserved public primary schools and informal schools in Kenya by bridging the gap of shortage of teachers through various programmes. The organization is seeking to recruit and engage young newly graduated primary school teachers to work in underserved primary schools in Kenya under its Teacher Empowerment Network (TEN) Programme.

The TEN Programme seeks to address the challenges teachers face. It provides motivated and adequately credentialed teachers to help improve student learning outcomes measurably and help resolve teacher attrition problems.

We believe that all children, their gender or geographical location, notwithstanding, should be enabled to access quality education and achieve their highest potential.

Eligibility:

Must be a Kenyan between the age of 21-28 years.
You should be willing to commit 3 years to serve in the programme.
Must have graduated from a recognized institution between 2022-2025.
Must be willing to work in underserved schools in Nairobi, Kilifi or Western-Slum and rural areas.
Must have a TSC number.
