WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Schedule and Convert leads into active customers
- Support on-ground teams in closing sales
- Manage and close leads from digital platforms
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Prepare and share regular sales reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal communication & active listening skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Confident and comfortable working with targets
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools
- Positive attitude and team player
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is an added advantage
