We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Landscaping Manager to lead and oversee our landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of landscaping design, maintenance practices, and team leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the landscaping department
- Manage and supervise landscaping teams to ensure high-quality work
- Develop and implement landscaping plans and schedules
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment and materials
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for landscaping staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in landscaping and team management (5+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of horticulture, landscaping design, and outdoor maintenance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
- Knowledge of safety standards and equipment handling
- Diploma or degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field is an added advantage

We are seeking experienced and creative Carpenters with a strong background in wood carving and artistic woodwork to join our team in Mombasa. If you have a passion for detailed craftsmanship and a keen eye for wood art, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create intricate wood carvings and artistic wood designs
- Read and interpret design sketches and technical drawings
- Work with various types of wood to produce high-quality finishes
- Repair, restore, or modify existing wooden structures and artwork
- Collaborate with designers or clients to bring artistic visions to life
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in wood carving and wood art
- Skilled in using hand tools and carving equipment
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant carpentry experience preferred
