DUTIES

Manage daily store operations – product listing, order processing, customer service, inventory checks, and reporting.
Work with brands and suppliers to develop sales and operational plans.
Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve sales targets
Manage supplier costs and negotiate competitive procurement prices to boost profitability

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Bachelors degree in supply chain or any business-related course.
Two plus years in shop/store operations.
Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is an added advantage.
Background in the footwear or apparel industry is highly preferred,
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Goal-driven and detail-oriented personality.
