Youths Call For Release of Youth President Njeri Mbogo, who is a well-known member of the community and a devoted leader who has been in the frontline, spearheading several campaigns to advance social justice and combat corruptionwas was unceremoniously arrested by the police on Thursday 08/08/2024 during the #Nanenane protests as he was leading a nonviolent meeting intended to address the issues confronting young people these days and to fight for their rights.
In disturbing turn of events, the renowned youth leader has been arrested by the police in what many are calling an attempt to suppress justice and silence a powerful advocate for social change.
