About the Role:
- Practical Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons in hospitality management, culinary arts, tourism, and customer service that emphasise real-world applications.
- Industry Mentorship: Leverage your professional experience to guide students through practical challenges and projects that simulate industry scenarios.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work with a team of educators and industry professionals to continuously refine our practical training modules, ensuring our curriculum stays current with industry standards.
- Performance Assessment: Evaluate student progress with a focus on practical skills, providing actionable feedback to help them thrive in a competitive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Education & Experience: Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, housekeeping, or a related field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) and at least 3 years of hands-on industry experience.
- Practical Teaching Passion: A strong track record of applying industry knowledge in a practical setting and the ability to translate that into effective, real-world teaching.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse learners and inspire them.
- Industry Engagement: A proactive mindset that embraces continuous learning and adapts teaching methods to evolving industry practices.
