We are conducting a pre-qualification and vetting exercise to assemble a reliable pool of technical experts who will support upcoming property maintenance and facilities management assignments.

1. SCOPE OF WORK

Pre-qualified freelancers may be assigned tasks such as:

• Electrical installation, wiring, diagnostics, and repairs
• Masonry works (blockwork, tiling, plastering, renovations)
• Carpentry (cabinetry, roofing, fittings, finishing)
• Welding and metal fabrication (gates, grills, frames, repairs)
• Plumbing installations, drainage works, maintenance
• Routine and emergency building maintenance services

2. WHO SHOULD APPLY

We welcome skilled tradespeople who meet the following requirements:

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–5 years of verifiable experience in the relevant trade
• Minimum of 3 past work references
• Clear photos of completed or ongoing work
• Valid identification (National ID or Passport)
• Active phone contact and email
• Ability to respond to assignments within agreed timelines

Added Advantage (Optional)

• Trade certifications (NITA, KNEC, etc.)
• Experience in commercial or residential property maintenance
• Ability to provide basic quotations and brief work reports
• Access to own tools and equipment
