We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Digital Factory Interns (10) within Jubilee Life Insurance Limited. The position holders will report to the Head of Digital Factory and will be based at our Head Office in Nairobi.
Role Purpose
The role holder will support the company’s digital transformation agenda by providing technical and operational support across the BTS department’s core functions, including cloud infrastructure management, enterprise architecture design, business application support, and innovation through J-Hub initiatives. They will handle low-to-medium complexity tasks, reduce backlogs, improve response times, and contribute to a pipeline of young, skilled talent, fostering innovation and ensuring knowledge retention for long-term operational continuity
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor performance dashboards.
- Assist with cloud resource provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Support basic troubleshooting and escalate complex incidents.
- Maintain configuration documentation for compliance.
- Maintain architecture repositories and documentation.
- Research emerging technologies and standards.
- Support diagramming and modelling using architecture tools.
- Assist with updating technology roadmaps.
- Assist in application testing and bug tracking.
- Provide first-line application support to internal users.
- Support data entry, cleanup, and migration.
- Document workflows and prepare user guides.

Academic Qualifications & Relevant Experience

- Basic understanding of relevant technologies such as cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), monitoring tools, architecture principles, diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), application testing tools (e.g., Jira), data management, UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD), prototyping, and user research methods.
- Knowledge in AI/ML is an added advantage, including courses such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals, Data Science, Deep Learning, or Neural Networks.
- Strong customer service skills for user support and clear documentation abilities.

Intern – Human Resources

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Human Resources Intern within Jubilee Asset Management Limited. The position holder will report to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner and will be based at our Head Office in Nairobi.
Role Purpose
The Human Resources Intern will assist the Human Resource Business Partner in offering vital administrative assistance, guaranteeing seamless operations and aiding in diverse HR functions. The role holder will also be required to assist in executing strategic HR tasks and facilitating communication within the HR department and other business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support. Assist in posting job vacancies on the company website, social media and internally. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates. Assist in conducting background checks and reference verification.
- Employee Onboarding. Prepare and process new hire documentation. Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees. Ensure all onboarding activities are completed in a timely manner.
- Benefits Administration. Support the administration of employee benefits, including health
insurance, pensions, and other company benefits. Assist in the enrolment and update of employee benefits records. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits. - Employee Records Management.
