POSITION SUMMARY:
The Horeca Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the hotel, restaurant, and café industry. Tracking performance of all resources whether direct or indirect.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing Existing Customer Relationships to build customer loyalty and alignment to strategy for mutual growth.
- Recruitment of new customers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Keep track of Merchandising Materials issued to customers on quantity and state by regular audit.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able and willing to travel across the designated regions.
