This 12-month program is designed to equip young professionals with hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities across diverse industries.
We are looking to recruit.
JM Associates LLP is inviting applications from recent graduates who are eager to build their careers in:
- Audit Trainee
- Tax Trainee
- Accounts Trainee
- Corporate Finance Trainee
- Marketing Trainee
Audit Trainee
Graduate Trainee Program at
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce;
- Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2025)
- Pursuing CPA Part 1 & 2
Skills Required
Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to:
- Communicate effectively.
- Collaborate to achieve common goals.
- Think creatively and solve problems.
- Be self-motivated and take initiative.
- Show eagerness to learn and grow.
- Commute daily to and from Nairobi and its environs for the 12-month program.
Tax Trainee
Graduate Trainee Program at
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce; Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2025)
- Diploma in Tax Administration is an added advantage.
- Have a particular interest in tax specialization

- Pursuing CPA Part 1 & 2
- Have an interest in accounting specialization.

- CIFA/CPA Part 1 & 2

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields. (Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and are awaiting graduation in 2025)
- A professional certificate in Marketing (CIM) is an added advantage
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
