Graduate Management Trainees at Greenspoon

Trainees will rotationally work in different departments to support us with the most pressing issues we have at each moment, for instance, in:

Procurement
Logistics
Warehousing

We will provide you with training and on-the-job coaching. You will have a personal development budget that you can use to pursue more training or buy relevant books, for instance. The contract is initially for one year, and if successful, we will give you an offer to join us in the department that suits you the best.

Candidates should possess the following traits:

Analytical mindset: many of the problems we are solving are challenging
Creativity: ability to try different problem solving strategies to get to an answer
Leadership potential: working with, and developing teams and members – managing projects end-to-end
Resilience: working at Greenspoon is dynamic, but also tough as the standards are high
Entrepreneurial: always come up with great ideas for the company to achieve its goals

Qualifications:

Excellent academic achievement
Bachelor’s or Master’s level in business, finance, engineering or similar
Proven entrepreneurial spirit
0-2 years work experience
Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
