If you eat, sleep, and breathe social media, and you’re looking for a role where your work
directly shapes how a beloved brand connects with its audience, we want to hear from you.

Your Role: More Than Just Posts

At Artcaffé Group, our guests don’t just experience us in our cafés-they live it on social.
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the architect of our online world across our
three distinct brands: the classic Artcaffé, the curated Artcaffé Market, and the
sophisticated Artcaffé Gastro.

This isn’t just about scheduling content. It’s about leading strategy, crafting captivating
stories, and sparking real conversations that build meaningful and memorable
connections. You’ll be the voice, the visionary, and the driver of joy for our digital
community.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Strategy & Storytelling: Developing and executing the social media strategy for
Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Google Business. You’ll define the unique
personality for each brand and translate our brand positioning into engaging,
    consistent social storytelling.
  • Content Creation: Conceptualizing and creating scroll-stopping content-from posts
and stories to Reels and videos. You’ll get hands-on with Canva and video editing
tools to bring your ideas to life.
  • Building Community: Acting as the heart of our online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering conversations that turn fans into brand advocates.
  • Collaboration & Campaigns: Working hand-in-hand with our Content & Communications Associate, photographers, and designers to produce beautiful,
    impactful campaigns.
  • Growth & Analysis: Monitoring analytics to understand what’s working, tailoring
strategies for growth, and sharing insights to inform our broader marketing goals.

What We’re Looking For (The Essentials):

  • 5-7 years of proven social media management experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to grow and manage multiple brands with different voices and audiences.
  • You’re a hands-on creator-highly proficient in Canva, video editing, and content production.
  • A strategic thinker with a pulse on Kenya’s digital culture and global social trends.
  • A natural storyteller who can find the narrative in everything we do.
  • Your personality: Fun, curious, bursting with ideas, and full of the positive energy that inspires both your team and our audience.
  • Flexibility to create and engage during key moments, which may include some
evenings and weekends for launches or events.

Events Manager

Vacancies at Artcaffé

Do you believe an event is more than a gathering? That it’s a stage for storytelling, a
moment for connection, and an experience that lingers long after the last guest has left?
If you live for the buzz of a perfectly executed event and have a passion for creating
unforgettable moments, Artcaffé Group wants you to be our next Events Manager.

Your Role: The Architect of Unforgettable Experiences

At Artcaffé, events are how we bring our brand to life. From an intimate supper club at
Artcaffé Gastro and a vibrant maker’s market at Artcaffé Market to a major brand launch at Artcaffé, you will be the creative and logistical mastermind behind it all.

As our Events Manager, you will lead the design, planning, and flawless execution of events that embody our values of elegance, creativity, and warmth. You will transform creative ideas into immersive experiences that deepen our connection with the community and solidify our position as Kenya’s leading lifestyle brand.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Creative Strategy: Developing the annual events calendar and conceptualizing.
innovative event formats that resonate with each brand’s unique audience.
  • End-to-End Execution: Overseeing every detail-from venue design and vendor
management to guest experience and culinary coordination-ensuring each event is
seamless and reflects the premium Artcaffé lifestyle.
  • Partnership & Collaboration: Building strong relationships with suppliers, sponsors, and partners to elevate our events and expand our reach.
  • Logistical Excellence: Managing budgets meticulously, negotiating with vendors, and handling on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution from set-up to breakdown.
  • Measurement & Growth: Capturing guest feedback, measuring event success against KPIs, and using insights to continuously innovate and refine our future event strategy.

What We’re Looking For (The Essentials):

  • 5-7 years of proven event management experience, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, or retail.
  • A strong portfolio of events you have managed from concept to completion,
    demonstrating creativity and impeccable execution.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills you thrive on logistics and your attention to detail is unmatched.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to design experiences that tell a brand story and connect with a community.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • A collaborative spirit you enjoy working closely with marketing, culinary, operations, and communications teams to bring a shared vision to life.
  • A genuine passion for food, culture, and creating joy through real-world experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential, as you will be leading events during these times.
