Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative at Tiles & More Kenya to join our team! In this role, you’ll actively seek out and engage with potential customers — mainly businesses — to promote our products, build strong relationships, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit potential clients such as contractors, developers, retailers, and more.
- Present and promote our range of products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report activities to management.
- Collect market feedback to help improve product offerings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field sales, preferably in construction materials, tiles, or building supplies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to travel within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
