We are Hiring! Kilimall is looking for a Dispatch Officer in Nairobi. Are you a computer literate and accurate in task execution? We want you on our team as a Dispatch Officer at Kilimall

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure 100% daily clearance of FBK, DS, and global orders.
Accurately sort, pack, and label all verified orders before dispatch.
Monitor and coordinate timely truck and rider dispatch.
Maintain order accuracy, proper weight measurement, and packaging standards.
Support process efficiency and uphold warehouse 5S standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in a related field (experience in warehousing is an added advantage).
1-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
Computer literate and accurate in task execution.
Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
Team-oriented, disciplined, and highly organized.
