This role blends creativity and strategy. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across our social channels while keeping an eye on performance, community, and what’s trending.

What your day-to-day looks like:

Engaging with our customers, staff at various branches, and at events to create and execute digital content to promote brand visibility.
Owning and managing our social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
Creating engaging, scroll-stopping content: short videos, reels, carousels, stories, memes, captions.
Planning and executing campaigns aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals
Planning and executing internal communication and content to boost our corporate comms image.
Jumping on relevant trends while staying true to our brand
Tracking performance and making content smarter (not just prettier)
Collaborating with creators, influencers, and photographers when needed
Pitching fresh content ideas weekly

What you need to succeed

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or something similar (but creativity and results speak louder)
3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and creating content for a brand or agency
A solid portfolio or social handle that shows off your content skills
Experience using scheduling tools (like Canva, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite)
A deep love for content creation
Edit videos, reels, or TikToks like a pro (CapCut, Adobe Rush, Canva, etc.)
Can shoot basic content on your phone that looks polished and on brand
Know how to read insights and adjust content accordingly
Are a witty caption writer and storyteller
Are comfortable in front of the camera or behind it, directing others
