We’re Hiring: Clerk of Works – Mombasa.
Are you passionate about quality, detail, and excellence in construction? We are looking for a Clerk of Works at Space and Style Ltd to join our team and play a key role in overseeing projects to ensure standards are met.
The role is responsible for supervising roofing works on designated sites to ensure completion within the
set timelines, adherence to budgetary allocations, and compliance with established quality, safety, and
technical standards.
What you’ll do
- Take accurate roofing measurements & prepare sketches for the design team.
- Coordinate timely delivery & verification of roofing materials.
- Supervise installers & inspect roofing works to meet set standards.
- Maintain records, site reports & petty cash accountability.
- Enforce safety, PPE compliance & housekeeping standards.
- Attend site meetings and support smooth project execution.
What you bring
- Diploma in Building & Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in site supervision (construction industry).
- Knowledge of roofing materials & ability to read architectural drawings.
- Skilled in measurements, sketches & site reporting.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
