Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Operator located in Nairobi. The CCTV Operator at Kijani Holdings Limited will be responsible for monitoring live and recorded video feeds, identifying suspicious activities, and reporting incidents to the relevant authorities. Other tasks include maintaining and troubleshooting CCTV equipment, ensuring video data is stored securely, and adhering to data protection regulations. The role also involves collaborating with the security team to enhance overall security measures.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and monitoring CCTV systems
• Attention to detail and ability to identify unusual or suspicious activities
• Basic technical skills for maintaining and troubleshooting CCTV equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively with a security team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of data protection regulations
• Prior experience in security or surveillance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is beneficial
