QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- Degree or Diploma (CIM) in marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Proficient in Social media platforms such as Meta.
- Organized, with ability to priorities time sensitive assignments.
- Creative and flexible
- Strong analytical, communicating and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, planning and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Program Implementations:
- Support execution of national marketing efforts for the Foodscape brand and products; retail, HORECA, Events and Catering
- Assist brand team in building annual operating plan through data gathering and analysis
- Developing creative visuals (content creation for socials)
- Work with the guest relations team to deal with complains and assist with recovery for Retail business
- Coordinate and execute advertising and promotions that support and are consistent with group marketing and brand goals and objectives
- Tracks, analyzes and communicates program/campaign performance
- Gather competitor insights, generate presentations and updates as needed
- Be the key liaison with suppliers of branded collateral
- Ensure internal teams are aligned and communications are disseminated on time
Digital Executions:
- Support in execution of digital marketing strategy for the Foodscape brand and products
- Developing creative visuals (content creation for socials)
- Execute content creation for Foodscape, Java Retail and support with other Java brands
Planning and Reporting
- Monthly & weekly reporting on marketing activities
- Budget reporting
